There has lately been someone burning off rubbish or garden leaves every night and the air is very smoky and smells awful outside at night. Does anyone know who is burning off so that Council can be contacted. Someone in Webster Street or close proximity is doing this. |

Maybe it's just getting closer to winter and people are starting to use their fireplaces, hence the burning smell |
